• Always contact DCR first to initiate your return request so we can provide you with instructions and a shipping label if necessary.
• Items may be returned up to 30 days from the date of shipment.
• Shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable.
•  Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
•  All returns must be received and inspected by DCR prior to issuing a refund. After the item is evaluated DCR will in its own discretion refund any portion it deems acceptable.
• All items must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Once your return has been approved you should expect to receive credit within 10 business days.
